We worked with an interior designer on this new apartment living room, custom designing a pair of stereo wall-mounted Art Frame Speakers to complement a 65-inch Hisense Canvas TV, complete with concealed wiring for a truly minimalist look.
These Art Frame Speakers are designed with photo mounting in mind, allowing the speakers to become part of the artwork rather than stand out as audio equipment.
For this project, we took that idea a step further with a four-frame setup. Two of the frames house the active speakers, while the other two are non-functional “dummy” frames. Once the custom-printed photographs are magnetically mounted onto all four frames, there is no visual clue as to which frames are actually speakers.
The result is a clean, cohesive composition where sound becomes almost invisible.
For the speakers, we chose a premium Italian linen fabric finish with black walnut finish frames. Its understated texture and warm, natural character complement the frame-like aesthetic of the Hisense Canvas TV, allowing the entire setup to feel more like a curated piece of interior design than a conventional home audio system.
